5TH ELEVATION, founded in ORLANDO, FLORIDA in 2016, Was formed with the intention of combining its professional team’s huge experience in the commercial residential and hospitality real estate with a track record of developing class “A” Multi family and single family communities the acquisition of failing hotels turning them into success doing the same with commercial acquisitions and exploring new market opportunities, After completing several projects and about to close on several pending transactions and start our second round of acquisitions.
